We are a management executive search and recruitment specialist firm located in South Jakarta. One of our client is currently has open vacancies for Office Manager
General Office Administration
* Plan duty rosters for receptionist / telephone operator
* Manage expenses of office supplies, order office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment / lighting and air-conditioning system
* Help control SG&A expenses on office supplies
* Perform secretarial duties such as opening & distribution of mailings and faxes, handle administration correspondence & email, filing and assist in producing Power point presentations whenever necessary
* Meeting & Travel arrangements
* Arrange proper legal documentation for respective Ministries and keep track of lease arrangements
Finance
* Consolidate all information on Customer Finance schemes
* Advise sales on customer finance schemes
* Communicate with other Offices on Customer Finance schemes
Experience Required:
* 5 years experience in a similar function in an international environment
* Experience in finance, HR or Legal
* Computer Literate
* Excellent English
* Competent, Meticulous and Responsible in the work process system
* Interested to understand the Business and Business Processes
* Independent with strong sense of initiative
